Graham started the Smoky Brae (translation - Hillside) after moving with his wife to a wee village that sits on top of a hill (Brae) in the heart of Scotland. His love of a good BBQ and inspired by the escape from city life provided the opportunity to experiment for the perfect smoky flavour and Smoky Brae was born.
Now with two small boys it is very much a family business and the product range has grown from the initial Smoked Sugar, ( which incidentally you should add to making fudge or dusting the rim or your cocktail glass!)
