DELIVERY AND RETURNS
Our delivery charges are as follow:
Standard Delivery (5-7days) £4.95
Orders are sent either by Royal Mail recorded delivery or with a courier company.
Love Dhala accepts all major credit cards through PayPal, an easy, secure method of online payment. You will be guided through the process of placing an order by a series of simple instructions on the website. You do not need a PayPal account for this transaction. The goods must be paid in full before we are able to dispatch them.
Please provide a mobile/contact number and email address at the point of order. You will receive an email confirming dispatch and information on how to track your order, if applicable.
If you choose more than one address for dispatch, a delivery charge will be applied to each address.

NB: DUTIES & TAXES
Please note that international customers outside of the EU will be responsible for any duties, taxes and other official charges payable upon importation to the destination country. We operate on a “Delivered Duty Unpaid” basis. The customer is responsible for providing any information required by customs to ensure the goods are cleared. We recommend that international customers contact their local customs authority to determine a landed cost price prior to purchase completion.
LOSS & DAMAGE
If you notice the order is damaged, do not accept the package and contact us immediately. Alternatively take a photograph of the damage, and/or send it back notifying us of the damage and we will ready for an exchange or refund. Sale goods are not eligible for exchanges, returns or refunds. If you parcel hasn’t arrived within the specified time please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org
If for some other reason you are not satisfied, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations if you change your mind about a purchase you have made within 7 working days after the date of delivery, you are entitled to a full refund of the original purchase price for the goods you wish to return. However, you must take reasonable care of the item/s. You will be responsible for the shipping costs both to and from your address.
To cancel your order, you must advise us by writing to email@example.com.
All parcels are sent back at your own risk and we advise using recorded delivery as the parcel is not our responsibility until we sign for it.
Other Items which cannot be returned for a refund for hygiene and safety reasons unless they are faulty.
- Perishable goods, including food;
- Beauty products and fragrance;
Please note: We only accept the return of items if sent back in original unused condition; we reserve the right to reject items that are returned in what we consider to be an unsaleable condition.
Please let us know clearly which item you wish to exchange the item to and all refunds will be returned in full to the buyers card excluding any tax, duties or postage. Please allow up to 10 working days for this.
