Creamore Mill is a design and woodturning workshop located in rural Shropshire, England.
The business was established in 1981 by John Buckland and his workshop was a former wash house. John started with a handful of tools and a wood lathe and worked on local sourced timber. It was here that a selection of designs became the focus of the business.
As the business grew he soon started to run out of space and the family moved to their current home of Creamore Mill, which used to be a corn and wood mill dating back many generations. This run down old mill was lovingly restored by John and his family and the woodwork and turning tradition was revived.
It is still a family run concern with John with two of his sons Sam & Oliver now sharing the lead roles.
